In-coming Refuse: After entering the Plant, the refuse trucks first are weighed at the weighing bridge. The computer scale will automatically register the refuse weight, truck number, and number of deliveries in order to accurately control the quantity of incoming refuse.
Refuse Storage: After being weighed, the refuse trucks enter the dumping area. Eighteen pairs of dumping gates help to discharge refuse into the bunker capable of accommodating the trash volume of 21,600 cubic meters. Bulky refuse will have to go through a large refuse shear before it is sent to the bunker.
Refuse Charging: There are three refuse cranes in the Plant. They are reponsible for refuse charging, composting and stirring, and throwing refuse into the charging port according to the charging signal of individual incinerators. Meanwhile, they also functions to mix up the refuse thoroughly in order to reach an even value of refuse heat.
Refuse Incineration: After the refuse enters the charging hopper, the oil pressure pushing feeder at the bottom will push the refuse into the stoker. The to-and-fro movements of the grate slowly push the refuse forward. With their addition function if composting and stirring, the refuse is incinerated past the drying zone, combusting zone, and post-combustion zone. It ensures the refuse is totally burned.
